DOCX Hub provides browser-based, client-side tools for viewing, editing, converting, and inspecting DOCX and related document formats. All processing occurs locally within your browser. The Service is offered free of charge with no registration requirement.

You retain full ownership of any documents you process using the Service. We claim no rights to your content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects
  • Document rendering will be pixel-perfect or fully faithful to the original
  • Converted files (e.g. PDF output) will be identical to those produced by commercial software
  • The Service will be available at any particular time or location

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOCX HUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Data loss or document corruption resulting from use of the Service
  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed zero (£0 / $0 / €0), as the Service is provided free of charge.
