We do not warrant that:

  • Document rendering will be pixel-perfect or fully faithful to the original
  • Converted files (e.g. PDF output) will be identical to those produced by commercial software
  • The Service will be available at any particular time or location

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOCX HUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
